Friendly service, in and out quickly for oil change

I took my car and had a department head drive with me and my husband in the car he felt and heard the issues I was continuing to have with my car so we made append to bring it back on last week they kept my car and when I called to check on my car they come with trying to lie about I needed something else done to the car that would cost me money out of pocket never resolved the issue at hand still having problems with my transmission so I'll take it someplace else those two girls are rude and customer service is very poor but I'll take the next steps because my car will be fixed

The service team is always so polite and professional. A fantastic smile goes a long way no matter what and I appreciate all they do for us.

In the spring I brought my Silverado in for the AC not working and you fixed it. Just recently my engine came on and it was a high limit issue and you fixed that and the light went off but my ac no longer worked on driver side, I brought it back and it was diagnosed with $4k price tag. Which didnt make any sense because it worked before it went into the shop. I understand parts fall and go bad but, this rubbed me the wrong way because I have been loyal to your dealership for years and bought 3 cars from Battlefield. When I explained it worked before I was told the engine light problem didnt have anything to do with the AC.
